  Vaccinations that follow the guidelines set by the American College Health Association have recently been added to the list of covered services for all grantees. In addition to this list, Hepatitis C and TB are also be covered. Covered vaccinations include:
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
  • Polio
  • Varicella
  • Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis
  • Quadrivalent Human Papillomavirus Vaccine (HPV)
  • Hepatitis A Vaccine
  • Hepatitis B Vaccine
  • Hepatitis C Vaccine
  • Meningococcal Tetravalent (Meningitis)
  • Influenza
  • Pneumococcal Polysaccharide Vaccine
  • Tuberculosis skin test (PPD)

  $15 co-pay for all office visits, ER, urgent care and hospitalization
